LAS VEGAS — LiveView Technologies (LVT) introduced several new features to its mobile security units at ISC West, including what the company describes as the industry’s first agentic AI-powered talk-down system. The new capabilities are designed to support 24/7 surveillance and enhance proactive security strategies across a range of environments.

Among the updates is an agentic AI-powered audio talk-down feature that uses AI to issue personalized voice alerts based on visible attributes of individuals — such as clothing or items in hand — who trigger security alerts. The audio can be customized with different voice options and minimizes the necessity of human intervention in order to detect, validate and deter.

“Everything we’ve built at LVT and the countless hours we’ve spent training our AI has led to this moment,” said Steve Lindsey, LVT CTO. “For the last 20 years, our mission has always been to help make communities safer and empower security personnel to secure any environment across every industry. LVT’s proprietary AI models deliver on this promise and offer first-of-their-kind features that will forever reshape how teams optimize their resources to proactively deter crime and save lives.”

Other enhancements include:

  • Pan/tilt spotlight functionality that automatically aligns with detection areas to improve visibility and assist on-site personnel in identifying potential threats.
  • Forensic video search capabilities allowing users to find footage through simple keyword queries, which the company says can streamline evidence gathering and incident review.
  • Customizable strobe lights offering varied color, pattern, and intensity settings to provide visual cues for security teams and enhance scene visibility.

In addition to the AI feature set, LVT is also showcasing “SafeNow,” a mobile-first platform currently in beta that enables end users to interact with LVT units via smartphone.
